Who am I?
It’s a question I’ve been asking myself for decades and quite frankly, I’m still working on an answer.
I’ll tell you what I know so far;
I’m a dreamer more than a doer. I’m fearful of many things but fearless in my own mind.
I like hats, buy too many, and wear too few.
I’m an excellent baker and a miserable dieter.
I have a great rapport with very young people and very old people, but I’m still trying to figure out the people in between.
I am a wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a Leo, an off-key singer, a mediocre knitter,and a loyal friend.
I am a former quilter/primitive rug-hooker/mohair teddy bear maker, and I pretended to be a scrapbooker for three years because the supplies were so much fun to buy.
I am an owl-watcher, a flower-sniffer, and an afternoon napper.
I am challenged to write poetry and charmed reading limericks.
I am a lover of autumn, not a fan of summer, an avid reader, and an amateur writer.
I am a product of the eighties and I respect big hair.
I am a work in progress.
And I am glad you stopped by.
